US Farmers Use Tree from India to Produce Proteins, Biofuel

American farmers are using an ancient tree from India to produce beans that can be used to make protein-rich foods and biofuels. The tree, called pongamia, is native to India, Southeast Asia and Australia. But it is now being used in Florida to replace some failed citrus crops.
