Ulysses S. Grant: Well-Meaning

Today we are talking about Ulysses S. Grant. He took office in 1869. But his presidency is not what made him famous. Grant is best remembered for being the commander of Union forces at the end of the Civil War. He led the United States to victory over the Confederate States of America.
