Scientists Identify Possibly Brightest Object in the Universe

Astronomers say they may have discovered the brightest object ever observed in the universe. The object was once misclassified as a star. But new examinations identified it as a supermassive black hole thought to be at least 500 trillion times brighter than our sun.
