Russian Cosmonaut Sets Record for Time in Space

Russian Oleg Kononenko has broken the world record for total time spent in space. The 59-year-old cosmonaut began his current trip to the International Space Station in September 2023. He is expected remain in space for at least 1,110 days until his current stay ends in September 2024.
