Report: Bots Make up Nearly Half of Worldwide Internet Traffic

A new industry report suggests nearly half the world’s internet traffic is now produced by computer systems called bots. Officials from cybersecurity company Imperva are urging companies to use security tools to limit threats presented by malicious bots.
