In India, Sudden Sea Turtle Deaths Cause Concern

Over 400 dead sea turtles have landed on India’s east coast near the city of Chennai recently. Olive ridley turtles travel far to lay their eggs on India’s coast. But the species has been threatened for years as the number of such nesting grounds disappears.
