Humans Show Birds How to Fly South for Winter
The northern bald ibis once flew over North Africa, the Arabian Peninsula and much of Europe. Hunters reduced their numbers to almost none by the 17th century. Humans have helped them come back, but the birds no longer know the way to go south for the winter. Now some humans fly with them.
