Emily : I believe that when we discuss success in society, we are far too quickly looking for the ‘hard facts’; how much money has somebody made, what exclusive postcode have they managed to buy a house in?
What we don’t discuss enough is how success comes from within; it could be feeling confident within yourself, having a strong support network around you, or contributing to your community. It could be all of these things!

Michele : I agree, but I think that success really comes down to fulfilment at work. Polls show that 90% of people believe a fulfilling job is the key factor to overall happiness. This is the place where we spend a third of our waking time, so it is a huge opportunity to find purpose in life. And if you can do that, to me you have succeeded!
At university, you really need to spend as much time as possible finding out what inspires you.
