Michele : Hi Emily, I’m so glad you called. When Paul told me you were looking for a flat, I immediately thought of you for this project.
Emily : Thanks, I’m very excited to see it. I’ve been flat hunting for a couple of weeks now, but I haven’t found anything suitable yet.
Michele : Well I hope I can help.
Emily : So do I !
Michele : So I have a few flats to look at today. Shall we get started?
Emily : Sure !
Michele : So here you can see we have a great space, 150 m².
Emily : Ok.
Michele : But you have the mezzanine upstairs which is 3 bedrooms. You have this huge outdoor space on the veranda.
Emily : It’s very luminous with the skylight.
Michele : Yes, yes. And of course we have double glazing because we are in the center of the city.
Emily : That’s essential.
