Michele : Next year is a special year.
Paul : Is it a leap year ?
Michele : No, it’s a special year for us.
Paul : I hate it when she makes me guess things like this…It’s your birthday ?
Michele : It’s my birthday every year, that’s not special ! It’s our twentieth wedding anniversary !
Paul : Oh, so it is !
Michele : And I thought that I would like to try and organise something to celebrate.
Paul : I don’t know if that’s such a good idea. I mean what with the new flat, the new job, we’re a bit tight for money…
Michele : Oh it doesn’t have to be anything fancy. But it would be nice to get everyone together to celebrate ! Don’t you think ?
Paul : Why don’t you tell me what you had in mind.
Michele : I wanted to invite everybody who was at our wedding.
Paul : But there were 150 people at our wedding ! Couldn’t we just invite close friends and family. What do you think ?
Michele : We’ll talk about it later. I have to go, you have a think about it….
Paul : Alright. Where are you going ?
Michele : Emily said she went to a great party last weekend and the venue was fantastic. So I’m going to have a look at it for our party ! See you later!
