Lizzie : Well, what was the argument about ?
Simon : Well, he’s been dating this new girl lately and he’s really into her. In fact, he spends all his time with her. We hadn’t seen each other in ages and when I called him the other day, I told him that and he got really upset.
Lizzie : What did he say ?
Simon : He said that I should be happy for him.
Lizzie : And are you ?
Simon : Well…yes and no. I’m happy for him but I don’t think she’s the right girl for him.
Lizzie : You didn’t tell him that, did you ?
Simon : Well, I was angry, so I guess I sort of did…
Lizzie : If I were you, I’d call him to apologise.
Simon : I’ve tried, he isn’t answering my calls.
Lizzie : Have you tried sending him a message ?
Simon : I don’t know what to write…
Lizzie : Well..You could say that you’re sorry and then you could suggest that you do something the three of you : you two and his girlfriend.
Simon : That’s a good idea.
Lizzie : Otherwise, you never going to see each other again.
Simon : Okay. Could you help me write the text message ? You’re good at those sorts of things.
Lizzie : Sure. I’m happy to help !
