George : Hello everyone. It’s my pleasure to present Fred. For those who don’t know him, Fred is our inhouse IT specialist. As you all know, we’ve recently upgraded our IT equipment. So, thanks for coming to this training that will help you to use the new equipment. First, Fred will show you how to use the new equipment. Then, we’ll have a look at the new software and the tools. Please pay attention and we’ll take the questions at the end, if you don’t mind.
George : Do you have any questions ?
Emily : So, what happens if we get a new smartphone ?
George : Then you should sign up for the training at the end of this session. I have a list.
Paul : And what if we have a problem with a computer ?
George : First, you should read this guide. It includes a FAQs (frequently asked questions).
Emily : What if the problem is not in the guide ?
