Lizzie : I was wondering what do you could to help me, I’m looking for a Christmas present for my sister.
Shop assistant : Sure, what does she like ?
Lizzie : Well, she’s into music, but has a very specific taste. She goes to university and lives on her own, so I don’t see her that often. We do chat on the phone, or on skype a lot though.
Shop assistant : OK. So do you have anything in mind ?
Lizzie : No, not really…
Shop assistant : So, we have a range of phone accessories : headphones, wireless headsets as well…
Lizzie : Okay. Well, how much are those ?
Shop assistant : So this one over here is 300€.
Lizzie : Oh that’s too expensive.
Shop assistant : OK, so we do have a cheaper version. It’s only 10€.
Lizzie : Oh yeah that’s more like it ! OK…And what about the customised phone cases ?
Shop assistant : Yes, we have some customised phone cases between 14€ to 24 €. You just need to come in with your picture.
Lizzie : OK, brilliant. So, all I have to do is take a picture. But… isn’t it cheaper on the internet though ?
Shop assistant : So actually it’s much better to do it at the store because you can just come with your memory stick or you can send us a picture and we can print it all for you in minutes.
Lizzie : Oh OK, brilliant, well all I have to do is take a picture now then…
Shop assistant : Great !
