Michele : A couple of years ago, I didn’t have much money, and my Christmas present budget was a little tight ! So I decided to make my own gifts for friends and family. And I’ve been making all my Christmas presents ever since !
I’m quite artistic and I like arts and crafts. And I also think that homemade gifts are more personal and thoughtful. I made earrings and soap for my daughters last year. Paul likes chocolate so I made a variety of chocolates for him. I made personalised hampers for my friends and family. I collected lots of jars and containers and I filled them with homemade jam and all sorts of foods and drink that they like.

Emily : I’m so busy at work that I don’t have time to go shopping for presents. I hate crowds so Christmas is the worst time of the year to go shopping. Thankfully, there’s the internet ! I buy all my presents on the internet.
I’m very organised at work, but not in my personal life. So I always leave my Christmas shopping to the last minute. Last year, I left it too late, so some of the presents didn’t arrive on time. I need to be more organised this year !

Lizzie : I always prepare a list of gifts that I’d like to receive. That way I’m sure to get what I want ! Last year, my mom gave me some handmade soap. It was great, but what I really wanted was a new computer.

Paul : My wife organises the Christmas presents. I just have to remember to buy hers !
