Anna : I had a terrible day yesterday. It started off badly and just got worse.
I woke up late because I forgot to set my alarm. Because I was late, I ran to the train station but when I got to the train station I realised I forgot my wallet so I ran back to get it. I had left it on my kitchen table.  By the time I came back to the platform, I had missed my train.
By the time I arrived to work, the staff meeting had already started.  I hate being late !
I really wanted to finish work at the usual time of 5pm but I couldn’t because I hadn’t completed the report my boss needed me to complete.
So, I left work very late – by the time I got to the party, all the food was gone and all my friends were leaving.  I was so upset !
