Coffee shop:

Emily : So, how was your trip to Paris last week ?
Michele : Oh, it was terrible.
Emily : Why ? What happened ?
Michele : Well, first, we drove to the airport and the traffic was terrible so we were late and we missed our flight. We waited in the airport for 4 hours and then we took the next flight. But when we arrived in Paris, my suitcase was missing : the airline had forgotten my suitcase !
Emily : Oh dear.
Michele : It arrived later that evening, so it was OK.
Emily : Did you stay in a hotel ?
Michele : No. Paris hotels are very expensive ! So we stayed in AirBnB : it was great. The flat was in the city center.It was next to a metro station. The owners were very friendly : they told us where to go and where to eat. We went to a good restaurant … We drank great wine. It was excellent ! But then, Paul lost his wallet… we didn’t have the money for a taxi ! So we walked back to the hotel – it took one hour !
Emily : Oh no ! Did you do any activities ?
Michele : We took a sightseeing bus to see Paris, but it rained. We didn’t see many things because of the rain.
Emily : Did you visit any museums ?
Michele : Yes, we went the Louvre but it was so full of people !
Emily : Did you visit any art galleries ?
Michele : No, we didn’t. We didn’t have any time !
Emily : Well, Paris is a big city !
