George : We also have our HR head from Aberdeen, Peter Cambridge. So we want to work on the strategy for our California branch. We need to iron out how we’re going to handle our sales approach. Peter will give us an update on the personnel and capacity. And Melissa is going to give us some insights on how Mitcom is going to fit in. This is going to be a team effort for all of us on the call. Let’s get started with Paul Clark, our Sales Director. He’s been working on the sales approach for quite a while. Paul :  So that’s all for sales. The next speaker on the agenda is from our HR department, Peter Cambridge. Peter, how is recruitment going?…

George : Thanks, Peter. So now Melissa is going to say a few words about where Mitcom is heading for the GO Plus program…
Melissa : So, we’re all really excited over at Mitcom. We’re on schedule to provide the upgrade in 6 weeks. And that should coincide with the increase in the customer portfolio in California. And we’ve also got 5 software engineers heading over to California for a 6-month mission.
Emily : On that note, we’re still working on some work visa issues, I need some more information from Melissa on that.
George : Emily, that’s a valid point, but let’s take it offline after the meeting.
