Paul : Hi Emily, how are you?
Emily : I’m fine, it’s so good to see you and to have time to catch up! It’s always so busy in the office!
Paul : Yes, you’re right! This is Michele, my wife, I don’t think you two have met before.
Michele : Hello, nice to meet you, I’ve heard a lot about you. Finally we meet!
Emily : Yes, that’s true! I couldn’t come to the Christmas dinner last time, so we haven’t had the opportunity to meet before! This is a great restaurant, the food is lovely!
Michele : We’ve been looking at the menu. It looks delicious!
Paul : I already know what I want, fish and chips! Shall we have a drink before we eat?
Emily : That’s a good idea, I think I’ll have the house cocktail. What about you Michele?
Michele : I’ll have the same. It’s been a long day at work, I really could do with relaxing!
Emily : Did you have any problems finding the restaurant?
Paul : Oh no, it was fine, but there was a lot of traffic, so we thought we might be late.
Michele : It’s always slow when the weather’s bad.
Emily : I know, I hate all this rain! I can’t wait for some sunshine!
Paul : Ah, here’s our waiter, shall we order our drinks?
