Paul : I’ve just landed but my previous booking was cancelled.
Receptionist : No problem. For how many nights?
Paul : For 2 nights.
Receptionist : And is that just for one person, or are there several guests?
Paul : No, it’s just me, so a single room please.
Receptionist : So, one single room for two nights. That comes to a total of €120.00, breakfast is included. Would you like me to book that for you, sir?
Paul : Yes, please.
Receptionist : Can I take your name and a phone number?
Paul : Yes, it’s Paul Clark and my number is 0636794302.
Receptionist : OK Mr Clark, I’ve booked you for two nights. How will you pay?
Paul : By credit card. Would you like that now?
Receptionist : No, it’s alright, we can see that when you check in. I just need an email address to send you the confirmation.

Receptionist : Thank you.
Paul : Oh, I forgot to ask, is there a car park?
Receptionist : Yes, we have a private car park just behind the hotel. I’ll send you the address with your confirmation.
