Paul : Thank you for coming. Right, we’ve got a lot to talk about this afternoon so let’s get started.
Emily : Hello! I’m sorry I’m late, I was with a customer.
Paul : Don’t worry, we’re just starting. Take please, take a seat Emily! Right Anna, can you give everybody a copy of the report? Thank you. So the schedule, can you explain please Anna?
Anna : Of course. First Paul will talk about the results for last year. We had a good year! And then Emily will talk about the marketing strategy. We’ll have a break at 3:00pm, and you can have some coffee and make some telephone calls.
Paul : And then George will talk about the projects for the next 6 months. We’ll have questions and ideas. And we will finish at 5:00pm. Is it everything clear?
