Colorado Court Rules Elephants Barred from Seeking Zoo Release, Are Not Humans
The Supreme Court of the western state of Colorado recently ruled that elephants in a zoo could not seek release from a zoo because they are not human. An animal rights group argued the elephants should be placed in a special sanctuary.
