Climate Agencies: Europe Is Fastest-warming Land Mass
A report by climate agencies for the U.N. and EU says that Europe was the fastest-warming continent in 2023. It said Europe’s increasing level of “heat stress” was marked by “record temperatures, wildfires, heat waves, glacier ice loss and lack of snowfall.”
