US Supreme Court Rules Trump Can Stay on Ballots

On Monday, all nine justices of the U.S. Supreme Court reversed an opinion by the Colorado Supreme Court. The lower court ruled that former President Donald Trump could be removed from a primary election ballot because he was involved in an “insurrection.”
