Cooking School Provides Hope for Future

HOPES is operated through the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation (NRAEF), an industry group, which partners with community organizations like the Delaware Food Bank. The group’s goal with HOPES is to get incarcerated people training and jobs in the restaurant industry.
