US: Nearly 400 Crashes of Driver-assist Vehicles

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) collected data from automakers on accidents involving partially automated systems. It found from July 2021 to May 15, 2022, there were nearly 400 crashes of vehicles using such systems.
